These are bigger and more organized than our smaller, more casual events and tend to have 50+ recruiters, HR folks and hiring managers in attendance with more than 400 attendees showing up.

Thursday, July 15th is basically just around the corner at this point, and we’ll be at the Post Bar in Novi starting at 5pm. Three Olives will be back with their promotions team again with drink specials and samples of their latest flavors, and we’ve already started getting emails from new recruiters that want to attend the event for the first time. As with all of our events, there is no charge to attend for recruiters, job seekers, or even just those looking for networking opportunities, and we look forward to seeing you there.

If you’re a recruiter that plans on attending or would like to attend, please drop us a note as soon as possible via detroitnet@gmail.com. There’s still no charge or anything for you to attend, but we need to know in advance if you’re coming so that we can get a badge printed up for you and have it waiting at our registration table when you get there. It’s also a good idea to let us know, because we can add you into the distribution list we maintain for recruiters that receive the resumes that folks send in ahead of the event. And you job seekers out there can send in your resumes to that same detroitnet@gmail.com address for distribution out to the recruiters that have told us they’re coming as well…which helps, because we’ve had some great feedback in the past that interviews wind up taking place even before our event happens through this process. These are (much) larger and (slightly) more organized than our smaller, more casual events at the BlackFinn, and so it’s a good idea to make sure that you know what you’re walking in to.

Note: These are not job fairs. Bring a few copies of your resume, but don't feel the need to bring 500. You'll register when you arrive, and the gathered information will be forwarded to all recruiters in attendance. Or, if you email us with your resume ahead of time, we'll make sure that the recruiters attending will have already received it before the event. You are also more than welcome to send us your resume at any time between events, and we will get them distributed.
