“Development of competency framework” - The Worley Parsons approach

Competency framework has been one of his pioneering projects in his current role as regional HR manager at this leading multinational oil field services company.

Mr. Fotheringham has worked with blue chip, multinational corporations including Conoco, Atlantic Power and Gas, Halliburton and Technip. During his long and impressive career, he has been based in locations spanning the globe and has been managing large teams of upto 1000+ employees.
