An in-dash monitor can be installed in the dashboard of the front seat to serve for the driver and the front seat passenger. Sometimes, it can be configured with a rear view camera to assist the driver in reversing the car in case of crashing on anything accidentally. A headrest car monitor can be placed in the headrest of the front seat providing entertainment for the passengers in the back seats. The gadget enables passengers to enjoy their own entertainment separately, i.e. one can play video games while another can watch TV programs on different monitor at the same time. This is very helpful for people who have different preferences on the ways of leisure and entertainment.
Nowadays, the installation of car monitors becomes quite easy. For example, a headrest car monitor is usually sold with a headrest and pillow, so you can purchase a headrest with a monitor to replace the original headrest. It’s also the same for a sunvisor monitor. You can replace the sunvisor which the factory installed with a sunvisor monitor for wonderful amusement.
Even though car monitors have many differences on types, sizes and installation positions, they have much in common, such as their multiple functions. You can not only watch videos and play games on the screen, but also access GPS system by using touch screen or voice commands if you connect the monitor with a GPS navigation system.
