The popular website was developed by web series creator Daryn Strauss as a one-stop shop for finding female-friendly online video.

DigitalChickTV.com is unique in that it aggregates the best videos for women from across the web in one easy-to-navigate guide, curated by Strauss. Whether she is in in the mood to laugh, cry, gab or commiserate, a digital chick only has to visit one site to find her online chick flick, DigitalChickTV.com.

The site also features exclusive interviews with web personalities such as Taryn Southern, Gotham's Martha Byrne, The Misadventures of Awkward Black Girl's Issa Rae, Out With Dad's Kate Conway, and the casts of Pretty and Vag Magazine; guest blogs from creators such as Anyone But Me's Tina Cesa Ward, Awkward Embraces's Jessica Mills and Then We Got Help's Julie Ann Emery; and digital media commentary from Strauss, plus a Goddess Circle of girlfriends sharing their lifestyle opinions.

In April 2011, DigitalChickTV.com launched its first original series, the second season of critically acclaimed dramedy Downsized. Strauss has several estrogen-friendly projects in development for Digital Chick TV, including shorts and mini-series. She is currently nominated for the Writers Guild of America East Council and recently journeyed with the guild to Capitol Hill to brief legislators on internet policy issues.
