Lansing, MI - As Michigan legislature encourages energy efficiency in homes, one Dimondale homeowner explains how she has cashed in on savings with improvements and rebates through Dr. Energy Saver® Lansing.
Michigan utilities and government are working together to bring savings to homeowners through rebates and incentive programs. One such program is what led Karen Ammarman to Dr. Energy Saver.
As noted by Ann Arbor News, Ammarman hired Dr. Energy Saver Lansing to address her energy efficiency problems.
She paid only $100 for a comprehensive energy audit of her entire home after her government rebate. When she implemented a majority of the energy saving suggestions proposed by energy expert, John Kutas, Ammarman said that she immediately noticed the difference. Not only was her house warmer because of the added insulation and caulking around windows and doors, but her energy bills were reduced as well!
Follow-up tests performed by an independent inspector found a 30% improvement.
