Distinctive Solutions Philadelphia Hosting First Annual Charity Basketball Tournament

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) August 23, 2010 -- Operation Smile, a children's medical charity that provides cleft lip and palate repair surgeries to children worldwide. The tournament will take place on Saturday, September 25 at 2:00 suburbs of Philadelphia, PA.

To date, President of Distinctive Solutions Philadelphia, George Papalexandratos, and his team have eight teams registered for the event with a goal of raising $2,000 – which would help eight children receive their surgeries. After the basketball tournament is completed, the Distinctive Solutions Philadelphia team will host a pool party and barbecue for each team and their guests.

“Giving back has always been extremely important to us,” said President George Papalexandratos. “We all feel that Operation Smile is an excellent organization and provides us to make a real and permanent difference in the lives of children. We’re excited about the tournament and are looking forward to raising as much money as we can.”
