District 4 residents are off and running with its Citizens District Council 
Local leaders and excited residents on Pontiac's north side meet Tuesday to discuss safety issues.

Tameka Ramsey - Resource Development Coordinator for OLHSA will be among a long list of leaders and residents attending the second meeting of District Four's Citizen District Council. The meeting will focus around the platform of City Councilman Randy Carter with special emphasis on safety.
"I campaigned on four elements - blight reduction, the understanding of our tax system, dealing with our resident's apathy and most importantly, safety in our community" Carter said. "Each month our CDC will focus on one of these four elements."
