We are making significant investments in technology, systems and people to help achieve our goals.”

“As part of our continued efforts to provide better service to our valued customers and strengthen our management team, we are pleased to announce the following senior management changes effective immediately.

“Ronald Cooke, Jr., is now promoted to Vice President of Manufacturing and Distribution operations. Ronald, part of the Diversified Ophthalmics’ team for over twenty years, has demonstrated leadership and management abilities that have been integral to Diversified’s continuing success.

“David Israel, a 30-year optical industry veteran, is assuming the responsibilities as Vice President of Operations, including sales, marketing, customer service, IT and our branches. David brings with him extensive experience in strategic planning, business and customer development, and new technology platforms. His leadership experience at Biocompatibles Eyecare, Optelec, and several technology based start-up companies will serve well in his new position.
