International electrical retailer Dixons Retail is to implement the Accuworks Suite to allow monitoring, feedback and resolution of colleague performance and compliance.

Accuworks allows us to directly align our colleague’s compliance obligations with resolutions when the behaviour that could lead to a compliance breach is recorded. This will help to reduce the risk of an actual non-compliance event occurring”.

The phase 1 trial will begin in January, with a full implementation planned for spring 2012.
