Domingo Zapata Exhibition in Monte Carlo

Domingo Zapata, well known for his Polo Acrylics is showing his work in Monte-Carlo at Societe Generale Private Bank.

Domingo Zapata worked in finance at the CBT, NYSE and World bank and as an investment broker for Investment Bank Refco. He participated with the founding group of Udate.com advising with the structure to bring financial resources to the company that was later bought by USA Interactive, Barry Diller’s e-commerce company to become the Match.com

Domingo Zapata never left behind his passion for art as a collector and as an artist. During 2004 and 2006 he participates in several art shows and exhibitions in Art Miami, Paris, Madrid and New York with different Galleries such as Carmen de la Guerra and Parisud.

In 2008 he founded IMC Records in Los Angels with Darius Jordi Lassus and Peter Lopez and song-writes for Michael Jackson, Montserrat Caballe, Jon Secada, Diango and co-writes all times hit Macarena for Los Del Rio for whom he has a top 20 billboard hit and a top 1 Spanish radio hit fro his Spanish rumba version of Beatles “Hey Jude”

It is now in 2010 when he is determined to concentrate mainly in is art career as a Painter and prepares his first world class exhibition in New York.

Domingo Zapata currently lives in New York City where he has his art studio.
