Doyon’s 72" Gas Convection Oven (JA28G) is a high-production unit for all your baking needs. This convection oven has a capacity of 28 standard sheet pans (18” x 26”). It has impressive performance and will reach baking temperature in 15 minutes. The JA28G features Doyon’s patented Jet Air System. The system works by moving air in one direction for 2-1/2 minutes, stopping for 25 seconds, then moving air the other direction for 2-1/2 minutes. The air circulation allows products to bake more evenly than in competitor’s units. Doyon’s 72" Gas Convection Oven is versatile enough to work in many commercial foodservice establishments.
