Dr. Andy Thompson urges humility in Personal Development Training Blog

(Free-Press-Release.com) November 8, 2009 -- Moving in to the final part of How to Win Friends and Influence People, Andy Thompson released another five posts to his videoblog last week. The part entitled 'How to be a Leader' is largely focussed on changing people's behaviour and doing it in a way that is acceptable and welcome.

"I used to find it very uncomfortable correcting others," says Thompson. "I either came across as overbearing or apologetic. Then I read this section in the book, and now am able to approach these situations much more confidently."

The blog will wrap up the section on How to Win Friends and Influence People, by Dale Carnegie next week before moving on to the Slight Edge, by Jeff Olson.
