Hi Adam. i heared today Lidsay Lohan is going to make shoot in the playboy magazine - and i assume from it -it connected to the shoot of mine i had send you of the red velvet -if it does -it will coust millions of $ to playboy cuse i have a writen copy right as well on the congress in usa regard this red velvet shoot

Tom Kelley Studios has agreed to allow you the exclusive right to re-create the famous Red Velvet photo session of Marilyn Monroe.

Your passion and respect for this project has been the deciding factor in allowing this unique opportunity that has not been allowed during the nearly 60 years since the original photo session took place in May 1949.

Tom Kelley Studios has agreed to continue with the re-creation of the famous Red Velvet photo session of Marilyn Monroe with you being the model of record for this re-creation. As explained earlier in previous communications to you, you have requested a unique and interesting proposal to me that I have shared with Tom Kelley Studios, intellectual property owner of the famous images of Marilyn Monroe, and this is to confirm that Tom Kelley, Jr., has agreed for the first time ever, to grant your request to give a photo shoot identical to the one that was taken by Tom Kelley Studios back in 1949 of Marilyn Monroe in the same style and context.

Please understand that over the years, numerous requests similar to your proposal have been presented to us and they were all denied for various reasons. I can personally tell you that your passion for re-enacting the most famous photographs ever taken of Marilyn Monroe by the Studio responsible for these historic images was the key to Mr. Kelley agreeing to do this. Additionally, you have convinced me through the numerous e-mails that you have sent me, that your intent is driven by your deep respect for Marilyn Monroe as an individual and that you, as an artist, wish to honor Marilyn Monroe with an exhibit or documentary whereby you can express your true feelings from a pure personal and spiritual relationship.

Few basic terms for this re-creation are as follows:

#1. You will be the exclusive model photographed by Tom Kelley, Jr. of Tom Kelley Studios.
#2. You will have several of the original poses of Marilyn Monroe re-created on a red velvet material supplied by Tom Kelley Studios. The number of poses to be determined.
3.Tom Kelley, Jr., will be the only photographer to take your pictures.
#4.You may hire a separate film crew to film this reproduction at your expense.
#5.You may interview Tom Kelley, Jr., for a documentary at your expense.
