He is also a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ASAPS) and met the rigorous requirements needed to join this prestigious organization.

He earned his medical degree from Tufts Medical School in 1989 after graduating magna cum laude with a B.S. in Biology from Boston College. He completed post-graduate training at Mercy Catholic Center in Philadelphia, PA, Lahey Clinic in Burlington, MA, Boston’s Children Hospital, Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA. And Maine Medical Center in Portland, ME. Dr. Giuffrida also founded Hunterdon Plastic Surgery in 2001.
