DR4Sale Real Estate Punta Cana Dominican Republic has purchase a REMAX Franchise!!!

I am pleased to announce that DR4Sale has purchased a RE/MAX Franchise here in Bavaro and will now be doing business as RE/MAX Tropical!!! For those of you who have asked, we have not been bought out and this is not a partnership or merger. DR4Sale is still the company and the business, however we will now be using the RE/MAX name and RE/MAX philosophies to do business.

We are excited about this move and feel confident that it will allow us to provide a better service to our Sales Clients and Property Owners who choose to rent their condos.

Some changes you will notice immediately will be additional listings added to our website under various agents. We are de-centralizing this process so that we can provide more coverage and improved service to our owners. This change will allow us to better market your properties with more personal attention and focus. Our agents will promote their Sales and Rental listings on a variety of websites that we collaborate with and will work hard to bring you offers and/or tenants. We will also tap into the network of more than 91,000 agents around the globe to get the word out and increase exposure.

Other changes include an office move on November 1 to Plaza Gran Caribe (Globalia). This is a new upscale plaza in the Bavaro El Cortecito area that will provide more space and convenience for you and us, so this is an exciting move for all.

Property Management has been a challenge for us for various reasons, so we have decided to scale back this side of our business in order to allow more focus in our primary areas of business which includes Selling of Real Estate and Renting of Real Estate. With this said, the plan is to either sell or keep your property rented as a result of our new direction.
