Dream Town Publishes 2nd Edition Chicago Neighborhoods Map Poster

(Free-Press-Release.com) December 17, 2009 -- Chicago, IL December 2009 – Chicago real estate brokerage Dream Town Realty has published an updated and enhanced version of its popular Chicago Neighborhoods Map, available only through Dream Town. The full-color poster-size map identifies over 180 neighborhoods, street names, directional coordinates, CTA and Metra train lines, and popular Chicago attractions.

Dream Town rolled-out the new map in mid-December. It will soon be available for mail order or download on the company's web site: www.DreamTown.com. Dream Town mails the map free of charge to consumers who submit an online request form at www.DreamTown.com/poster. The 2nd edition of the map is upgraded to include several new features, such as Metra commuter train routes and an enlarged inset of the downtown Loop CTA system.

The Dream Town map subdivides Chicago's 77 official communities into 181 individual neighborhoods. The neighborhoods are multi-colored and set on a green background. Map dimensions are 32" h x 20" w, printed on frameable poster-quality paper. When ordered through DreamTown.com, the poster is mailed directly to the address indicated on the request form. The map is free and there is no shipping fee.

"Maps like this can easily cost upwards of $50 to purchase, but we're offering it for free," said Yuval Degani, president and cofounder of Dream Town. "The map is ready to frame and will be mailed right to your home, also at no charge."

The Chicago Neighborhoods Map is produced by Dream Town's in-house graphic design department. The Chicago-based residential real estate firm designated a team to conduct an extensive investigation for its 1st edition map, published in 2007. The team consulted neighborhood associations and tapped the knowledge of agents in the field to create an accurate and detailed representation of Chicago neighborhoods (see online descriptions at www.dreamtown.com/neighborhoods/chicago-neighborhoods.html).
