DreamTown.com Provides First-Ever "Real Time" Stats for Chicago Real Estate

For the first time ever consumers can view real estate statistics in real time for the city, neighborhoods, and individual residential buildings in Chicago. DreamTown.com is the only online consumer source to publish immediate housing information for such specific Chicago markets.

Previously, stats of this kind were put out annually. Now, with the implementation of Dream Town's new tool, home buyers and sellers are able to access up-to-the-minute, neighborhood-specific Chicago home sales stats from their computers at any time. This is the only consumer resource for detailed residential real estate figures pulled directly from the MLS six times per hour for all 181 Chicago neighborhoods (www.dreamtown.com/neighborhoods/chicago-neighborhoods.html).
