Market change and adapting your business strategy and underlying performance goals are things which every business executive must think about. On the one hand, your business can be focused solely on meeting market needs and adapting to market changes, which will result in immediate popularity but will also be very expensive. By the same token, you may change too much and not allow your customers to build a brand within their minds concerning your company and they may not remember or associate your business with any particular product or service. In conclusion, it may be best to focus primarily upon consumer loyalty and sink financial resources into internal product research and development and then focus on adaptability when your company has an established brand.
