The Fap’It! uses an extremely simple packaging material made of a single blank with only cuts and crease lines. The very economical packaging solution enables the usage of different packaging thicknesses for different purposes. The specific carton design and the tight flap closing gives up to four layer protection for packed products, and an extra cushion edge for the package corners. Ideal solution for postal dispatch!

A simple process:

- The design of the flap closing unit allows high height variation between two consecutive products. It means you can pack almost anything with no adjustment...
- The products are placed on the automatic in feed conveyors ( two integrated side conveyors) or manually
- The machine realizes commissioning, mechanized packing and labeling. The consumable adapts itself to the different product heights.
- The Fap’It! produces square shaped packages with on-line labeling giving a high quality appearance to your delivery package. The product feeding can be equipped with barcode reader connected to the printer: for 100% traceability.

User friendly handling:
Flap’It! exists in two different versions,

- Fully mechanized (products conveyed into the machine and packed automatically inside)
- Semi-automatic version (products are manually placed in the machine)

Anybody can operate with Flap’It! after a 30’ min training. No specific skills are required. Products loading on the carton blank are fully automatic. The graphical user interface with color touch screen provides operator with all required instructions and helps in trouble shooting.

Fap’It! can be easily integrated in order preparation systems like « pick then pack »

Orders are prepared in 2 different ways whether they are single item or multi references.

In the 1st case, the products on pallets are placed close to the launching operator.
In the 2nd case, the products are gathered by orders in totes or on carts to be placed close to the machine.
Injection of the orders is done either by placing the products with its order form identified by bar code on a conveyor in the full auto machine or directly on the prepared carton in the semi auto version, to be packed then.
