CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (July 10, 2009)—The newly-formed company Eagle Eye CNC attributes part of the its successful inaugural year to adapting to the streamlined needs of its customers, according to company president Allen French.
Eagle Eye CNC, which manufactures CNC routers and provides support for CNC routers from all manufacturers, opened for business in August and turned its collective 30 years of experience and familiarity with the industry into a promising first year.
According to Eagle Eye CNC’s president, the key to connecting with so many customers in the current economic climate has been providing routers, upgrades, and repairs without unnecessary features or costs.
“We build CNC routers that are tailored to the goals of our customers, which range from hobbyists to high-production manufacturers, and that’s made our machines a good fit for a lot of people,” French said. “We’ve even helped many customers to reach their production goals by upgrading their existing routers, sometimes by just replacing their old roller bearings with linear rails or by improving the router’s electronics.”
Eagle Eye CNC routers are turnkey systems that include the computer, motion controller, spindle, and everything else necessary to start production. Customers of Eagle Eye CNC and its staff include: Creative Metal, Crossvile Tile, Thermo-Kool, Thermoset, Right Angle..
For years, manufacturers of surfboards, cabinets, and even industrial coolers have used CNC routers made by Eagle Eye CNC’s staff.
“Our history of customizing CNC routers has helped us connect with other businesses that specialize in creating custom products,” French said. “If they don’t succeed, we haven’t succeeded.”
