EasiOption leads charity campaign with corporate peers

(Free-Press-Release.com) December 16, 2009 -- The campaign named ‘Quid 4 a kid’ is in support of raising half a million pounds to build a home for AIDS afflicted orphans living in YMCA Mangalore. EasiOption has approached corporates within its facility (such as IBM Daksh, Mansoft and Aspentech Solutions) to raise money towards this cause. This is the first phase of the campaign and EasiOption will start approaching firms outside its facility in the second phase to bring about AIDS awareness as well as help this noble cause.

Yogesh Agarwal, Managing Director of EasiOption and Easiprocess, commented, “With Christmas around the corner, we feel it is an apt time to help these children who for no fault of their own have been abandoned by their families and left to suffer. I am pleased with the support that our industry peers have shown towards this cause and know that it is only together that we can build them the home they rightfully deserve.”

EasiOption is planning various activities to be able to contribute towards the building of the home and is hopeful that other corporates will support and encourage them to reach its goals. This campaign is being led by its parent company KRBS and also supported by its Bangalore based sister-concern Easiprocess. In the UK the aim is to raise £1 from every individual which will go towards a kid at YMCA.

Quid 4 a Kid is a campaign launched by KRBS and its subsidiaries with the vision to build a home for AIDS afflicted children living in an orphanage at YMCA, Mangalore. There are 64 children living in a rented house that occupies a piece of land measuring just 1,500 square feet. The home could be taken away with very little notice and that would leave these innocent children homeless. The campaign aims to raise half a million pounds to enable a new home to be built so that these children can live out their short live out their short lives securely and without fear of being made homeless.
