FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) September 3, 2010 -- Back in the early 90's Dalstons 'Abbot Street' was just an empty warehouse which held all night raves.
With the impending 2012 Olympics not far away, Dalston is being transformed into an interesting place to visit. Amongst those places is the 'Abbot Street Recording Studios' (www.abbotstreetstudios.co.uk). Abbot Street Recording Studio has been in the heart of Dalston for the last 4 years and provides audio, music and post production facilities.
Abbot Street offers affordable quality services and products for all music professionals.

The studio is modern, spacious, customer friendly with comfortable surroundings.

Abbot Street Studios come fully equipped with the latest Studio technology based around an ICON D- Control, Protools, HD3 and other audio software available which reflects the needs of all today's studio clientele.

Abbot Street is staffed by a 'family' of dedicated music professionals with over 40years successful experience in sounds and audio engineering. The building they are located in, 'Fitzroy House' is managed by Bootstrap Company. It is vibrant and full of a mixture of innovative media which includes 'Gary Hugh' on the ground floor, 'Gina Shoes' on the 1st and 2nd floor, 'Space One' next door and 50 creative businesses on the top floor.
Acoustically designed by 'Francois Defreges', with floating rooms created by 'XL Acoustics' the aim was to create a unique studio with the latest recording technology.
Abbot Street Studio can boast a range of clients from all walks of life and all nationalities which enriches the diverse portfolio of their in-house engineers.

The 'heart' behind Abbot Street started in 2006 with ex music artistes who, after years of using studios around London, decided they needed a 24/7 studio that would provide their clients with all the essentials they needed. Not being able to just walk into a studio in the middle of the night is now one of the main reasons why Abbot Street Studio's are available for bookings 24/7.

Over the last 3 months Abbot Street Studios have been working on an exciting new production with 'CNL Entertainment' and their latest recording artist 'Sunny T Adesokun'. His Fuji album, aptly entitled, “London, Step Up” has been a different genre of music for the studio to be involved in. Being hailed as one of Africa's best Fuji stars, Sunny T has an enormous following both here and his native country. What's extra special is that Sunny T sings in Yoruba but he is, in-fact, Ibo; which is another reason he stands out from the rest.

Fuji is a popular Nigerian musical genre, it hails from a kind of Muslim music performed to wake believers before dawn during Ramadan. The term Fuji, according to its founder and creator 'Alhaji Barrister',came from a poster of Mount Fuji – which is the highest peak in Japan.
Sunny T has been in the music industry for years and his songs reflects stories of love. His method of writing is similar to many Hip-Hop Stars as he 'feels' the music first and then comes up with the lyrics. As well as wanting to work with other Fuji stars, Sunny T would love to work with 9ice and Psquare who have both successfully crossed over to the mainstream, with Psquare recently winning a BET International Artistes Award.

The producer brought in for Sunny T's last track off the album was John Day. His love of live acoustics sound is a the main reason he became involved. His experience of working on the album has been very different to what he is used to but it was a dynamic and rewarding one.

Abbot Street Studios pride themselves on being able to work with their clients to produce a more compromised result and product which suits their clients budget. Their aim is to create an atmosphere conducive to relaxed and productive sessions.
