EASTMAN KODAK Bankruptcy News, Issue No. 6

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) February 22, 2012 -- FAIRLESS HILLS, Pa. -- A first meeting of creditors under Sec. 341 of the Bankruptcy Code for the bankrupotcy cases of Eastman Kodak Company and its debtor affiliates will be held on March 12. This creditors' meeting provides the opportunity for creditors to ask Kodak's representatives about the company's financial condition.

Kodak also obtained final approval from Judge Gropper of several requests, including its request to access $950 million of debtor-in-possession financing from Citigroup; request to use its cash management the way it was used before the company filed for bankruptcy, and requests to pay critical parties, like its employees, taxing authorities, insurance companies, and utilities.
