Xoçai, the healthy dark chocolate (more of which later), has recently arrived in Europe from America, and is creating entrepreneurs from a wide-ranging group of people. The chocolate, which is sold through the Multi-Level-Marketing business model, allows you to build a business through referral (e.g. talking to your friends / family / colleagues about it) and sponsoring them into the business. The only obligation is a monthly overhead of a box of chocolate... which you can eat. It’s that simple!

Xoçai was developed by Jeannette Brooks, a diabetic who saw the need for a chocolate which would be suitable for diabetics, and indeed assist them in reducing their need for insulin. The key to the “healthy” quality of the chocolate is in its processing method, which is “cold-pressed”, a technique patented by MXI in association with their Belgian manufacturers. In effect, this keeps all the goodness of the Cocoa bean intact – unlike the normal “dutching” process which leaches much of the beneficial elements of the Cocoa. Put simply, Xoçai is the only chocolate which hasn’t been augmented by sweeteners and waxes, and therefore retains its vast antioxidant value.
