eCAFtech Partners with Nova Media to Install Digital Signage Audience Measurement Solution in Carrefour

(Free-Press-Release.com) January 28, 2011 -- On January 19 of 2011 eCAFtech, Taiwan’s leading provider of real-time audience measurement and proactive advertising solutions, has partnered with Nova Technology Corp., Taiwan’s largest digital signage advertising network operator, to install eCAFtech ’s audience measurement system DSVC-200 in Taiwan’s leading retail store Carrefour. This cooperation will expand a new round of DS Audience Measurement test program.

Test program is as follows:

eCAFtech’s DSVC-200 was installed in Nova Technology Corp., DS network in Carrefour, advertisers can adapt viewer demographics for proactive advertising according to the audience on site, after comparing in-store Ad playing time and viewer data, advertisers will get the actual "efficiency of sales improvement, "in order to verify the real Ad ROI.

According to Nielsen’s survey report in retail store, for advertisers, DS Ads can be directly reflected in merchandise sales, but do not know the exact sales growth figures. eCAFtech´s DSVC-200 uses face detection technology to analyze facial images of people watching the displays in real time, providing business-critical data such as audience counts, individual exposure times. These data can be used to select specific media appropriate for the audience.

The testing program announcement is intended to help these clients who would like to build DS network or their own media channels, this allows for better media planning, targeted advertising and save precious advertising dollars.
