(Free-Press-Release.com) March 8, 2010 --
UAE, Thirteen years ago a decree was issued calling all the citizens of UAE to protect the country’s environment. From then on the 4th of February was declared as National Environment Day in UAE. Different resolutions are generally made and a lot of action takes place every year to save the environment. Similarly, much was done to create awareness about sustainability on this day. But even more effort needs to take place in times of global warming and loud signals of climate change in UAE.
Lucky for UAE, hopes have never been bleak. A programme or event called ‘Eco-Awareness Morning’ was meticulously scheduled on the 9th of February 2010. This programme was held in Dubai, with astounding green intentions in the minds of the organizers and sponsors. On the day of the event, many responsible green companies like environmental charity organizations, the smallest to the largest eco-friendly sellers and recyclers like aluminum alloy manufacturers as well as metal recycling companies in Dubai were invited to this event. Bokashi Dubai, Lucky Recycling, Jumeirah Primary School and other organizations helped spread awareness about this event by displaying the Eco Awareness Morning Invite on their websites or promoting it through social networks for every other interested company or person to read.
Businesses that have been going green shared their knowledge by presenting ideas about how they are working to keep up with their eco-friendly responsibilities in Dubai. The attendance of the common public at this event made even more sense. Thus UAE can indeed hope for a greener environment and a brighter future.
