Manufactured from a c0-product of corn, grain, or agricultural processing that contains brewers condensed soluble, added to a base of our rock salt. This product line applied to bare surfaces hours before the start of an expected snow or ice storm, resulting in a nonstick surface, making snow, and ice removal quick and easy. It can also reduce the accumulation of snow by as much as two inches. Residual patches of ice and snow treated with Ice Ban® treated road salt melts these spots even at low temperatures. Our ice melt products are an excellent low temperature, environmentally friendly, gentle deicer choice, which is less harmful to plants and animals than other products. Ice melt products reduce corrosion to equipment, require less salt use on roadways and no need for sand – eliminating clean up in the spring.
