With the accelerating increase in the volume of Electronically Stored Information (ESI) along with the growing international threat of cyber attacks, managing information security incidents is a mission critical task for any company. eDSG is looking to make this task simpler, easier and less expensive to manage with the release of version 3.0 of the IncMan Suite, an advanced information security incident management system from DFLabs . DFLabs had previously released Digital Investigation Manager (DIM) and ITILity Help Desk Manager as standalone components. With the release of IncMan, these components have been enhanced and are now integrated into a comprehensive solution that enables enterprise GRC, information security management and IT help desk teams to collaborate to catalog security incidents and other GRC and eDiscovery information management tasks from detection to investigation to mitigation to closure and report generation without the need to move data between disparate systems.

DIM, the Digital Investigation Manager, is the forensic and evidence management module. With the help of Chain of Custody details and interactions with authorities, this component manages images from the forensic duplication of the memory, photographic catalog and log files.
