In the case of SAP B1 we see its market share gaining phase at this time of February of 2012. However there are customers here in the United States with versions no longer supported by SAP directly: 2007A and 2005A. Such technologies as Gotomeeting, WebEx, Gotomypc and similar from Citrix and competition are commodities nowadays. Our tech support call center deploys remote support. 3. If we are on SAP BO 2005 or 2007 release – are you comfortable to provide support? See the way it works is simple enough. Certified consultants work for consulting firm in average five years and these versions are not old enough comparing to employees attrition. In our case we decided to create dedicated subdivision engaged in technical support to orphan customers so we are ready to guarantee that our services for old versions will stay at least five years from now – February of 2012

4. Integration and Customization Support. Initial programming is typically done in Microsoft Visual Studio C# or VB projects with referencing Software Development Kit libraries. However we know the cases where programming was done in Delphi (successor of Borland Pascal). When your customer is undergoing version update SDK customization should be recompiled
