Procrastination is one of my biggest weaknesses I find very easy to come up with reasons of putting things off or spending too much time analyzing things. So how do you stop it?

Well this one I didn't Google because I think deep down we all know the answer on how to stop procrastinating. The answer is take action. Its so simple isn't it?

My solution to Procrastination....

Recognize that we are procrastinating. Determine why we are not wanting to take action. Are you afraid of failing? Not properly prepared?. Decide if the reasons for not taking action really are legitimate. And finally.... Take Action Immediately Make the decision and go do it.

Procrastinating is really about us not wanting to take action, the only way to overcome procrastination is taking action immediately after we make a decision, so we don't have time to think. Don't get me wrong there are times when you need to consider options and how various actions will affect you down the road but majority of the time I think we know what we have to do, our gut feeling or intuition tells us but quite often our intuition and the little voice in our head collide and create conflict and confusion thus giving the need to procrastinate.
