FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) January 23, 2012 -- The Company has the ability to cryogenically freeze blood. This new technology has the
potential to revolutionize the global blood markets by changing the entire dynamic of how whole blood
and platelet blood is drawn, stored, managed and dispensed. Because blood is a fragile biological
component, the time element regarding its management is critical to its safety and usability.
Cryogenically frozen blood (CFB) effectively eliminates time as an issue. CFB has an infinite shelf life.

This makes managing its inventory incredibly efficient. Governments and Global Blood Organizations
like the Red Cross, World Health Organization, etc. can more easily regulate donations of blood without
fear of losing any supply due to time constraints. The global imbalance between demand and supply of
blood can more easily be addressed among and between nations. Because blood can be stored ad
infinitum, blood shortages can be permanently eliminated and the blood demand caused by world
disasters and other factors can more readily be met. In short, blood supply and blood demand can be

managed much more efficiently on a global scale. This will save untold numbers of lives and secure the
safety of blood in ways unavailable until now.

Markets

According to the World Health Organization, there are 93 million units of blood drawn each year, of
which 17 million are done in the United States. Sixty percent (60%) of this blood will be used within the
recognized shelf life (42 days) of the blood. Approximately 38.5% of the remaining blood will be
purchased by universities and biotech companies for research. The remaining 1.5 % is ultimately
destroyed as it is totally unusable.

Over the world, there are major concerns regarding blood supply, demand and safety. In poor and
underdeveloped countries, less than 5 blood donations are recorded per 1000 people. In richer and more
developed countries, that number jumps to more than 30 donations per 1000 people. Each year the
imbalance of demand to supply continues to increase.

In the U.S. 38% of Americans are eligible to donate blood, only 3% do;
Every two seconds, someone needs blood in the U.S.;
During Summer and Winter months there is an acute shortage of blood;
Dangerous viruses are becoming more difficult to screen challenging blood safety;

In Canada, 30,000 people were infected with Hepatitis C and HIV due to contaminated blood in 2007;
60% of Canadians are eligible to donate blood, only 4% do;
In England 2009, there was an 800,000 unit shortage of blood;
In Africa, 35 of the 40 countries collected less than half of the blood needed for transfusions;
Africa has 10% of the world population and 60% of their population has HIV/AIDS;
By the end of 2010 China suffered from an extensive blood shortage that surgeries were delayed;
In India, 74% of blood transfusions to adults are inappropriate and numerous other problems
cripple the supply of much needed blood.

Vision

The vision of the Company is to help countries and organizations manage and increase
blood inventory, secure the blood supply, save lives and protect rare blood types.
Mission
The mission is to work with global organizations, such as the World Health Organization (WHO),
the American Red Cross (ARC), American Academy of Blood Banking (AABB), and the Pan
American Health Organization (PAHO) to provide them the means to extend the shelf life of blood
infinitely.
