Eliminating Turnover at Property Management Companies...

Have you ever noticed how often it seems that different management companies are putting out "Job Opportunities".

Have you ever noticed how often it seems that different management companies are putting out "Job Opportunities". Why does it seem that the turnover in these companies are so high, and how does this affect you? We will discuss these questions and how Inventive Property Management is different in this blog post.

First as customers already know, turnover creates huge problems with both communication, productivity, policies and overall satisfaction as a customer. Each time a new "Manager" takes over the customer has to teach them how to do their position, or wait for the manager to get up to speed. Is this really fair, and should you have to pay the same amount for a newer manager who is not capable of doing the same quality or level of work.

At Inventive Property Management, the Manager that you are working with currently will be the same Manager you will have years from now. We can say this because we do not have the turnover that other companies suffer from. Our business model is set in such a way that we would like to be a smaller more customer service focused company that limits the amount of properties that are managed so that our clients are getting the service they want, from the same person year after year.
