ELX announced today preliminary results for its second quarter of fiscal 2012, which ended on January 1, 2012. Emulex Corporation second quarter financial highlights included total net revenues of $127-$128 million exceeding the high end of guidance of $121-$127 million. Network Connectivity Products (NCP) net revenue increased approximately 10 percent sequentially representing approximately 75 percent of net revenues.

VOXX announced today financial results for its fiscal 2012, third quarter and nine months ended November 30, 2011. For the three and nine month periods ended November 30, 2011 , Electronics sales were $165.9 million and $425.0 , an increase of 35.3% and 36.0%, respectively over the comparable prior year periods. Net income for the three month period ended November 30, 2011 was $8.9 million or $0.38 per basic and diluted share as compared to net income of $3.9 million or earnings per basic and diluted share of $0.17 for the third quarter of fiscal 2011.
