Many will suggest that you purchase a bulk emailer and then say they're going to teach you how to remain Can Spam Compliant while putting out bulk emails that are obtained using scraper software. One word of caution - "RUN!"

The Can Spam Act makes it very clear that if you do not have the permission of the person you are emailing, you are in violation of the law. This, in our opinion, is a very dangerous practice and could result in more serious consequences than just having your hosting account shut down.

If you wish to legally and ethically contact large numbers of prospects for your business through email, there is a very simple solution - - let someone else send your email to their existing list from whom they have permission in writing. There is no need for a hosting account on your part and the deliverability rate to in-boxes is 99% or better.
