Our new premises, located on the Iveragh peninsula close to Kenmare, provides five 2 and 3 bedroom 4* self catering properties with over 2km of private river frontage on the River Blackwater. Our estate is bounded by the River Blackwater and in a landscape that has changed very little over the centuries.

We now offer fly fishing guides, daily permits, instruction and full exclusive packages to suit individual needs. We also have our very own private stocked fishing lake stocked with double figured specimen brown trout with disabled access, secure parking and even many outdoor activities such as pony camps, horse riding, archery, mountain biking, hiking, for the anglers family.
