With Clima Floor, thermal energy – both hot and cold – is always evenly distributed throughout the various ambiences, without chilly draughts, noise, or drifting dust; and with no risk of soiling walls or curtains. The system is invisible, thereby guaranteeing greater user comfort and a healthy environment. Furthermore, due to a much lower water temperature than in winter time in traditional systems, and to the temperature maintained constantly between 15° C and 20° C in summer time, the performance of the condensing boilers is significantly improved, and there is a notable reduction in the chillers’ consumption of electricity.
What’s more, by its use of renewable (solar or geothermal) energy, Emmeti Clima Floor reduces fossil fuel consumption and respects the environment.
A comprehensive system

Emmeti Floor is available in a range of solutions which adapt to the most varied requirements. There are five types of panels, all of them made of thermoformed self-extinguishing foam polystyrene: Standard and Classic Floor, with an embossed surface and perimeter grooves, with a 5 cm. and a 7.5 cm. pipe pitch, respectively; Plan Floor, smooth, with superficial grooves for the installation of pipes; Step Floor, for thermal-acoustic insulation; and finally FloorMate 500-A, the insulating panel made of extruded polystyrene foam, for industrial use.
All the components of Emmeti floor systems are designed and constructed in compliance with European standards, subjected to strict quality controls, and certified by authoritative independent Ents.
In addition to the panels, the system comprises Floor Controlbox, an adjustment and distribution device for low temperature and mixed (radiator + radiant panel) heating and cooling plants.
This is a mixing mechanism with an electric servo-motor, which reacts to any variation of load or heat emission, and controls the temperature of the fluid in the floor system.

While functioning in the cooling mode, the system is managed by the electronic control panel, which constantly regulates ambient temperature and relative humidity. Ambient regulation takes place by continuously adjusting the temperature of the water, by means of an electronic mixing valve. Relative humidity is monitored by specific sensors and, if necessary (when approaching dew-point), it is reduced by means of dehumidifiers of the Dumy Floor range. In this manner the intelligent and automatic management of all heating and air conditioning requirements is made possible.
Dumy Floor is a complete range of dehumidifiers – with cabinet or recessed; wall or ceiling mounted – which enables humidity management, while integrating harmoniously into any ambience. The use of the refrigeration cycle, combined with two water coils, allows Dumy Floor dehumidifiers to eliminate ambient humidity, by bringing the incoming air to the same temperature as the outgoing air.
