EMP Celebrates 20 Year Milestone in Emergency Medicine

Cleveland, Ohio, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) February 9, 2012 -- This year, Emergency Medicine Physicians (EMP) celebrates 20 years in the emergency medicine business.

In 1992, Doctors Bill White, Dave Packo, and Dominic Bagnoli, Jr., saw their first patient in Massillon, OH. They called themselves Massillon Emergency Physicians until July 1, 1995. That’s when two new sites were added and the company’s name was changed to Emergency Medicine Physicians.

Twenty years later, EMP has grown from a one-room office and five physicians in Ohio to more than 1,200 individuals at 59 hospitals in 12 states with support personnel in Canton, OH, and Roseville, CA.

“Today, as we celebrate 20 years of EMP, we are unified by our values – Servant’s Heart, Owner’s Mind, Teamwork and Integrity,” said Dr. Bagnoli. “These values more than anything else have helped us build our exceptional culture.”

In recognition of 20 years in business, the company developed a unique logo that will be featured in ads and online to represent an accomplishment in business that many other emergency medicine groups might never be able to achieve.
