EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION

(Free-Press-Release.com) October 3, 2010 -- As employees we acknowledge that recognition comes in many forms, sometimes it’s a THANK YOU, sometimes it’s monetary and sometimes it’s non scheduled time off to enjoy the day. All of which are extremely positive and appreciated.

As employers we also acknowledge that a great job done should be rewarded.

At TSM Moving (Two Small Men with Big Hearts – Calgary) we have designed a comment form that our crew members include in the days paperwork for review by our valued customers.

We know that by TSM Moving receiving many past awards to date that our employees have always done their best and provided award winning service. But it’s the many telephone conversations that our office staff has been engaged in with our past customers that have provided TSM Moving with the ability to reward outstanding employees.

Once a week all comment forms provided by past customers and telephone conversations gathered by the office staff are documented. When the week is completed the gathered information is reviewed and a crew of the week is chosen. Believe it when we say that the task of choosing a crew of the week is not easily done. There is some debating by the office staff as to which crew should be chosen. The outstanding service provided to our customers by our crew members makes this task almost impossible. However, we do manage to choose that one crew, that seemed to go over and above what anyone would have expected.
This crew is then compensated for the outstanding work performance provided to our customers.

We have received comments ranging from the sincere to the humorous. We do appreciate the humor, as after a long day at work it’s a great way to end the day.

We will continue to encourage our customers to be honest and straightforward when completing the comment forms, as we have found that it’s a useful tool that can only help TSM Moving to maintain the award winning level of service our customers have grown to expect.

We realize that after a day of moving it may seem like the last thing you would have chosen to do. But as noted approve we appreciate all comments.

The staff at TSM appreciates the time and effort put into the completion of the comment form and would like to THANK each and everyone of our valued customers.
