Energy Alternatives, LLC Opens New Office

Manchester, CT - February 9, 2012 - Fuss & O'Neill, Inc. is pleased to begin 2012 with the announcement that they have opened an office in Bedford, NH for one of their business entities, Energy Alternatives, LLC (EA). Mike Nicoloro, President and Joan Fontaine, Vice President, will be leading the company's efforts to continue growth in the natural gas sector with particular focus on the burgeoning "fuel switch to natural gas" opportunities in the New England market. Recognizing that environment, economics, and reliability drive fuel choice(s), Fuss & O'Neill Energy Alternatives will focus on natural gas as a primary fuel in concert with alternative fuel options where feasible. Not only is EA targeting utilities but also commercial/industrial/campus settings that want to reduce their fuel costs and emissions by way of natural gas as their primary fuel of choice. Further, establishing a corporate presence in New Hampshire will allow Fuss & O'Neill, Inc. to achieve its vision for growth by extending its reach further into New England.

Michael A. Nicoloro, P.E., is a graduate of Northeastern University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and an M.S. in Construction Management. Prior to joining Fuss & O'Neill, Mike was the Director of Energy Services at S E A/Kleinfelder.

Joan Fontaine holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Lowell and an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She was a Principal Engineer in the energy sector at S E A/Kleinfelder prior to joining Fuss & O'Neill.
