Enhanced Reporting Features in SONISWEB 2.5

RJM Systems, Inc is pleased to announce that in addition to the 150 reports that come standard, SONISWEB 2.5 boasts enhanced reporting features and historical data capture. Now, SONISWEB users have more flexibility in deciding what data to capture and when. The reports available in SONISWEB 2.5 are listed below by department:

Admissions

The new Application Status Report is an easy way to find all applications that have been submitted between a particular date-range for each campus. Once retrieved, users can create activities based off the individuals listed or export the information to an Excel file.

The enhanced Applicant Disposition Report includes five new fields to collect information such as birth date, gender, secondary email, IPED status and tuition status. The report assigns a Recruiter to an application. For marketing purposes and ad-hoc reporting, an applicant is required to give the type of inquiry they have made of how they were first introduced to the school.

Registrar

The Enrollment Data Collection in SONISWEB 2.5 monitors enrollment in an accurate (and timely) fashion with "enrollment snapshots".

Course evaluations submitted anonymously in SONISWEB can be displayed in one report, the ‘Course Evaluation Bulk Report’, rather than an accumulated % report. Because of this new feature, responses on a particular evaluation can be viewed all together.

The enhanced GPA report now displays cumulative earned credits including transfers in both the PDF and Excel versions of the GPA report.

Career Services

Career Service advisors can now review the graduated placement information of their advisees with the Career Services Placement Report. The results displayed in this report are used to monitor and facilitate alumni relations.

The Employment by Company report shows who hires students and what positions they obtain.

The Employment Interviews is a report of the interview schedules. It lets a Career Service advisor see if students are getting interviews and with whom.

Financial Aid

Government regulations are requiring that schools monitor debt incurred by students. With the new loan management reports in SONISWEB 2.5, schools can monitor who is delinquent, how long they are in delinquency, how to contact them and when they were last contacted. It offers everything needed to manage collections.

Title 4 Reports totals Title 4 Awards and non-Title 4 Awards giving accurate up-to-the-minute totals and percentages of 90/10 compliance.

SONISWEB 2.5 first captures vital information and interprets the data to produce a report. Now, administration has ample information to make executive and informed decisions. New text fields allow more flexibility to customize these transcripts and reports. There are additional reports available such as the Student Ledger Report with an option to print a receipt of an electronically submitted payment as well as a report of the meetings that have been scheduled using the SONISWEB 2.5 system.
