Enter Your Dog in Reliable Subaru's Celebrity Spokesdog Competition

Reliable Subaru will soon hold its first-ever Celebrity Spokesdog Contest! Local dogs will have the opportunity to compete in a “pup-ularity” contest and the winner will be featured in local Reliable Subaru television, online and print advertising. The lucky puppy’s owners will receive prizes including a trip to New York, and second and third place winners will receive gift certificates from All Pets Supply. Interested parties can submit pet photos online at http://www.reliablesubaru.com/celebrity-spokesdog-contest.htm or enter the contest during one of four fun Reliable Subaru on-the-lot pet events. The winner will be announced on January 10th live on KOLRZ’s “Ozarks Live @ 4” show from 4 p.m. – 5 p.m.

We will kick off our Celebrity Spokesdog Contest on November 10th at 4 p.m. with the premier of the all new 2012 Subaru Impreza. The “Ozarks Live @ 4” show with Shannon Fox and Tom Turpin will broadcast live from the dealership and complimentary food and drinks will be provided. Stop in to see the new Impreza and have your dog’s picture taken for the contest. Exciting prizes including free details, oil changes, car washes and more will be given away throughout the event! We will also be rewarding attendees with vouchers to help off-set pet adoption and spay and neuter costs.

On November 19th and December 3rd, Reliable Subaru will host “Adopt a Pet” days, featuring cuddly critters from the Springfield Humane Society and CARE. Adorable, adoptable pets will be on-site during a live radio broadcast. Reliable Subaru will cover the cost of adoption for Subaru owners, and if you test drive a Subaru, we will take care of half of the adoption fees. Our professional photographer will also be on site from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. to snap your pet’s photo for the Spokesdog Contest.

Our final event will take place on December 17th, when Santa will come down from the North Pole and meet all potential celebrity pups at SAAF’s “Spay and Neuter Day.” Santa and our onsite photographer will be present from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. to snap pictures of you and your beloved pup. Reliable Subaru will also hold a special “KY3 for Kids Day” featuring a “Pet and Owner Look Alike” contest and “Best Pet Trick” contest. On that day, Reliable will pay for the spay and neuter of any Subaru owner’s pet or half the cost for anyone who test drives a Subaru.

You are also invited to Share the Love at Reliable Subaru this holiday season by donating pet food and supplies for the Springfield Humane Society, CARE or SAAF organizations.
