SCOTTSDALE - Entrepreneur Festival announces the scheduling of an entrepreneurial expo at the Thunderbird School of Global Management, October 14 and 15, 2010. The show will host 80 entrepreneurial and business concepts that offer products, services, new trends and business opportunities along with several well respected valley corporate sponsors.
Small businesses can help the economy recover and assist the executive underemployed and unemployed individuals. The show organizers and management are hoping to make a small contribution in the national unemployment rate and others wishing to start new businesses. As the U.S. President has stated many times, “Small business is the key to this recovery”.
Several banks, finance companies, government and community organizations, web companies, technology companies, accounting firms, law firms, business insurance companies, health insurance companies, schools, franchisors, network marketing firms, personal coaches, printers, direct mail firms, office suppliers, computer software and hardware companies, computer and networking companies, wealth management organizations, promotional incentive companies, kiosk and cart concepts, communication companies, media companies, internet marketing companies, ad agencies, marketing companies, auto leasing companies, business opportunity concepts, and small manufacturers etc. have expressed an interest in exhibiting to aid and participate in this project.
Entrepreneur Festival will feature small to medium size companies and entrepreneurs who are trying to gain exposure for their new concepts will also benefit as well as individuals looking for ideas and inspiration. In addition, some of these budding businesses may even be looking for new employees.
During the show, there will also be educational opportunities, guest speakers who will give seminars on how to get started in business and what it takes to launch a new business concept.
This is the first of two Phoenix metro shows. The 2011 expo will be in another part of the valley and take place during the first quarter of next year. Attendance is free to the public. Prizes will be given to a limited number of visitors to the show. A free booth will be awarded to the company that offers a proposal ahead of time for the most creative “social” entrepreneurial concept that identifies and presents an innovative solution to one of society’s most pressing social issues i.e. a micro loan to an entrepreneur in a developing country.
