ERA John Hausam Realtors to Participate in Local MDA Telethon

(Free-Press-Release.com) October 7, 2010 -- Continuing its long-standing support of the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA), ERA John Hausam took part in the 2010 Jerry Lewis MDA Labor Day Telethon, televised locally on Fox 23 this weekend. The company presented our company fundraising check and several people from our office volunteered 2 hours of their time answering phones during the Labor Day holiday at the local broadcast of MDA Telethon.

The Mullins Team from ERA John Hausam Realtors received the honors of presenting the check to our local telethon. Also present to volunteer their time to help answer the phones was Christi Gillentine, Tudie Bryan, Matt Ross, Yer Lee, and Cindy Priest. During their phone shift over $100,000 was raised.

A member of global real estate leader ERA Real Estate, ERA John Hausam Realtors raised more than $10,000 for MDA during 2010, adding to the system's overall national contribution of 58.9 Million. ERA John Hausam Realtors has held numerous fundraisers such as wine pulls, auctions, golf tournament, bowl-a-thons throughout the years as part of this nationwide fundraising effort.
