Kirtus Kolar, who brings years of sales and service experience to his new position, emphasized that his varied background enhances his recruiting skills. “I pull from all my life experiences,” Kolar said. “I like dealing with people, and I like helping people.”

Kolar stressed his integrity, a common quality among Eskridge & Associates employees, that he says is vital to his work. In fact, Kolar and Bob Eskridge, founder and President of Eskridge Associates, met through their church. Eskridge has highlighted in both his seminars and his writings that trust and integrity rest at the heart of the physician recruiting relationship.

“I was impressed with the breadth of experience Kolar brings to the table and though he could leverage that experience and become an excellent physician recruiter,” said Eskridge.

Kolar, who earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin, adds varied life experiences to his academic credentials. “To me, life is a continuous education,” Kolar said. Kolar has traveled extensively in addition to working in various industries, qualities that have increased his abilities to assist physicians with relocation, which is another value-added aspect of the total Eskridge & Associates physician recruitment service.
