EU to implement a true apartheid.

Granting a clearance to non-European resident private pilots to enter the European airspace with third country issued license on-board of third country registered aircraft and refusing that same clearance to European residents private pilots is not a safety progress but is implementing a true apartheid to the detriment of those who reside in Europe which are the most used to fly safely within the European airspace and which additionally pay their taxes.

Standard of licensing depends on place of residence.

Using the pilot’s country of residence as the determining factor for regularly standard of licensing, is not a safety progress and in contradiction with IACO annex 1, Article 1.2.1 excerpt ... The license shall have been issued by the State of Registry of that aircraft …

EU resident pilots requested to maintain 2 licenses and medicals.

Flying a third country registered aircraft within the EU airspace by EU resident pilots would require 2 licenses and 2 medicals !
A license from the country of the aircraft register and one to please the EASA !

Aircraft value to strongly decrease

With the implementation of the Part-FCL, a majority of FAA licensed pilots will stop flying and have their aircraft sold. Due to this big increase of aircraft on sales the market value of your aircraft will strongly decrease, what ever your aircraft registration is.
