Evolve's Website "Best In Class", Wins Interactive Media Award

Akron, Ohio, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) April 26, 2011 -- Evolve Creative Group, the Akron, Ohio based web design company has again been recognized at the Interactive Media Awards Competition™ by receiving the Best in Class Award for the design and development of their own website (EvolveCreativeGroup.com). This is the highest category awarded by the Interactive Media Awards (IMA) and the second that Evolve has received in the last two months.

Receiving a score of 497 points out of a total 500 available, the Evolve website receives Best in Class in the “Web Design/Development Category.”

“I am so happy for our team in winning this award,” said Todd Bertsch, founder and president of Evolve Creative Group. “A tremendous amount of effort and hard work went into this re-design by our entire team. I put them up to the challenge…and they delivered. Winning Best in Class from the IMA is truly an honor.”

The purpose of this re-design was to update the Evolve company website to reflect a new business model and strategies while showcasing the agency’s breadth of creative work and services.

“The goal was to tell our story in a very visual and engaging fashion, while developing a site that would be fun and easy-to-use,” explained Bertsch. “Peppering in some rich elegant graphics, creative writing, and a little flash animation and we had a recipe for success.”

By integrating the latest web technologies such as JQuery sliders and xml feeds, Evolve were able to display rich content in a fun interactive way, an important aspect of the agency’s design philosophy.

“If you’re going to be in the website business then you better have a great website yourself,” said Bertsch. “Better yet, a Best in Class website!”
