Exciting Promotion at BAY Inc.Sports and Entertainment Promotional Marketing Firm- Van Berardino

San Francisco, California, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) November 28, 2011 -- Bay Inc. was abuzz this morning in Walnut Creek as Van Berardino was promoted to Assistant Management.

Van joined the company in mid April of 2011. He had previously been working two jobs as a bartender and brand ambassador while studying motion graphic design. He was finding it difficult to stay focused and motivated with his studies and was eager to apply his high energy and work ethic to an actual career. When he found himself among a sea of UC Davis, Berkeley, and other University graduates in the BAY office, Van saw this as a personal challenge to rise to the occasion and prove himself. Van is no stranger to competition as he is a Top 3 World ranked professional Madden NFL gamer. Those who have had the opportunity to work with Van say his incredibly competitive nature and charismatic personality are inspiring and motivating.

During an emotionally charged ceremony, Van attributed his success to a 'never give up' attitude. Van genuinely embraces challenges as opportunities for personal growth and believes people can achieve whatever they want when they cease to be afraid of what they are actually capable of accomplishing. Surrounded by coworkers, mentors, and his father, Van thanked his family for unconditional support and confidence in his dreams. Van also expressed deep gratitude to his personal mentor and BAY CEO, Alon Brener, for being such an inspiring and competent coach and said that he hopes that others can have as much faith in him as a mentor and leader as he does in Alon.
Some of Van's new responsibilities will include more hands on client relations as well as learning to oversee the accounting, administrative, and legal department coordinating. He is excited to learn more about the supply side of this industry and to learn day-to-day operations in it's entirety so that he can one day run his own multi-division market. As for now, Van's immediate goals are to assume full responsibility of BAY's business-to-business division and explore expansion and partnership opportunities with BAY.
