I have six children, and my wife Anja and I, adore this Holiday Season as one Holy and filled with a family-love we share always try to share throughout the year! I will miss, however, this Holiday Season, my sister, Patricia Melendez and her daughter Jessica Salas and my great niece, Sophia. I was looking forward to seeing them this Christmas, but due to an advance notice by another extended family, my sister and others had to commit to their promise to be with other family this Holiday Season.” The author is known to love children of all ages, and admires children who have been less fortunate, as he was growing up, and who had made their way in the sometimes brutal and unfair world that many children says Beers, who are left to contend with surroundings, hence inappropriately giving no hope to a better outcome for countless young children... “I lived in complete poverty as my dad was a letter carrier in the U.S. Postal Service. He struggled to care for the eight brothers and sisters I have while growing up in two or three bedroom apartments in slums with no heat in the winter, and who were overwhelmingly filled with humidity in the summer months. My dad truly loved all of us, and as he stated to my person on many occasion, he wanted all of us to succeed as leaders in our own right…” Beers pointed out that the fall was also a favorite time of the year for both him and his sister Patricia. “I love Valentine’s Day, too! The reds and silvers combined to reveal a shiny foiled-red in uncountable Valentine hearts is truly marvelous!
