Enife Atobiloye is the Managing Partner and brings a wealth of experience to the business. She has over 19 years of international experience in executive search and Human Resources consulting. Enife has gained wide proficiency and exposure in several executive roles, such as being Managing Consultant of Kimberly Ryan (a leading HR Consulting firm in Africa with offices in Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya) amongst others.

Enife holds a Masters degree in Organisational Performance (Cranfield University, UK). She is certified for occupational testing, levels A&B (British Psychological Society), and is also a certified Global Practitioner in Human Resources (GPHR).
