Exercise Fitness & Nutrition Academy announces new certifications!

(Free-Press-Release.com) November 14, 2009 -- Montreal, Quebec, Canada based Exercise, Fitness and Nutrition Academy has long been known for certifying personal trainers in a gym setting. The E.F.N.A. has become popular due to its all in one certification that includes anatomy, bio-mechanics, nutrition and business set up tips. No other academy offers such in depth "hands-on" training.

They now offer the same course but with an at home study option, that can be done at your own pace, and saves you just under $300.00. The OnLine Certification is very in depth and requires photos and/or video as part of the exam. No other at home course is as complete or informative.

The E.F.N.A. now also has a certification for Class and Group Fitness Leader. This new course is being offered to all graduates of either their In Gym Certification or the OnLine Certification.

Fully recognized since 2007, the E.F.N.A. has had 157 new graduates thus far in 2009.
